I made a payment in the canal walk on the 27th Nov 2013, received the slip and left, everything was reflecting, and i left the store happy as usual, on the 8th dec 2013, at the n1 city branch i made another payment, and queried my balance only to be told that the last payment was made on the 4th Nov, i showed the cashier that the amount has been decucted from bank account, only to be told that is not proof enough, i logged a complaint with the cashier at the customer service desk, and was told i would be contacted 9th dec as the accounts dept not available, NO FEEDBACK YET, logged a complaint on EDGARS website-reference number is 2068949/20131208/S.G.N, NO FEEDBACK YET, logged it via there FB page, guess what NO FEEDBACK YET, now i am sure had i not made a payment, i would received many fone calls, sms's, mms's, emails requesting payment, why is this urgency not shown when the payment i HAVE made is not reflecting.i can assure you that i will pay the account and full and close this EDGARS account, as i have been very loyal to edgars for years now, check my profile with your guys!!! this is no way to attend to ANY EDGARS customer!!!
