I went to the pharmacy to collect medication on a repeat script. The pharmacist could not find the medication on their system. The more I explained that I had received the medication in September. He was banging on the keyboard and was getting agitated and kept on telling me that I must be wrong about collecting the medicine in September. He could just as well have called me stupid because that is the way he treated me. He said that I had multiple profiles on the computer and that is why he could not find my medicine. He refused to give me my medication without a script .. the script is on the system he just could not be bothered to look for it. I took my card and proceeded to leave. He shouted at me to have a good day further as I was leaving. He is rude, inefficient, and should not be allowed to work with customers. I did not get his name. He was on the late afternoon shift.
