PRE-ORDERED Call of Duty well in advance and when I placed my order it says that it will be delivered on the 4 November. Today is 6 November no order. After 2 phone calls I was promised I would get phoned back when they know the status of my order. (They can't check as the status only gets updated every 3 hours.)
[URL Removed] do you get what a PRE ORDER means!? If I was going to wait for days (no idea when i'll get it) that i can just get it somewhere else? The whole point of a pre-order is to get it on release date.
There is no feedback from you, the tracking number does not work, your "helpful" agent does not call back or update as promised. Kalahari has went from hero to zero in the last few years. other online retailers has surpassed you guys. If this is not fixed today you will lose me as a customer for good as this is now the second time this has happened. Also to note... I also have another order there that was dated as 5 November... now it's dated as 17 November.
