Game Cape Gate advertised LED ligths for R29 each which was valid from 19-22 Sep. 2013. We were there on the 22nd. We asked 1 of the staff members for 15 lights; she said that they haven't received stock yet... BUT THEY ADVERTISED IT! Morgan Naidoo took all my details & gave me a Callback Voucher which clearly states that I should hear from them by the 29th of Sep; if not I should call the store manager, Leon Robbertze, for IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I received no call, no nothing. Well, I decided to call them on the 30th. Leon was in a meeting... I then sent an email. He replied, but they still haven't received stock & will call me when it arrives. The next day I called again, Leon is not there... I asked for someone at the lighting department, was put on hold for almost 20 minutes so I put the phone down. Next day called again, Leon not there... was put through to the lighting dep. again. Some rude thing answered the phone, I didn't even hear what he said so I asked if I was through to the lighting dep. 'To the WHAT, ' was his loud reply. He was gone for 10 seconds & said their was no stock... I sent another email to Leon on the 3rd of Oct, but still haven't heard a thing. PATHETIC!!!
