I am very disappointed to advise you that I bought a wedding set (ring) from your Keywest branch and a month later the ring is damaged.
When my fiance removed the ring, she noticed that it is no longer round but flat at the bottom, this just a month after our engagement.
Not only is this a embarrassment but also shows poor quality of your products. This after I paid an expensive price to ensure that I buy a quality product!
Her sister and a friend experienced problems with their rings as well where diamonds fell out.
I took the ring back to your branch and they advised that there will be a charge to repair (due to my fiance being at fault according to Keywest branch) and to join the two rings to make it stronger??
We will never buy anything from American Swiss again!
