I have been complaining since last week that I have not been able to access my account information on the Truworths website. I have received feedback that it has been fixed but I am still not able to log in. This is extremely frustrating as I need to access my account details. When I enter my details, the site states my password is locked. When I try resetting my password, I keep getting different links which do not reset my password. The website is not user friendly at all and needs to be re-evaluated to accommodate such scenarios!
