I purchased a number of items at the Canal Walk Branch of Mr Price Home in December 2012. I used the comforter set on my bed and this was then washed after a few days on the bed. I was very unhappy when comforter came back with "baubles" on both sides of it. This type of quality is what I expect from the likes of Pep Stores etc not from Mr Price Home especially considering the prices being charged. This is what I reported to their complaints department and was very efficiently assisted by Samantha Coopsamy requesting that I send it photos of the comforter which I did. She then made arrangements with me to meet with the Store Manager at the Canal Walk branch on the evening of 23/01/2013 I went to the canal walk store yesterday after work and much to my surprise no-one was expecting me. Each time I would ask for the store manager, I was asked what I was asked what it was about They could not even identify my problem with the product. o now besides being disappointed with the quality of your items, I am also disappointed with the lack of service & inconvenience Let see... travelling totaling R240 for the 2 sseparate days for a comforter set of R200??? You do the math
