Went to Brackenfell Hyper on Saturday 27/07/2013 to buy PNP Dishcloths 5each FREEBIE PNP Dish Swabs 10 pack just to discover out of stock on freebie and told by Customer Care no Rain Cheque as per Department Manager orders. Call a manager Marius firstly surprised hearing there's no rain cheque avaible. He phoned the Department Manager and then inform me no rain cheque must checked fine print on advertisement. Strangely lady at Customer Care got a book full of names of people for rain cheques. What happened with "we deliver within 24hours if we out of stock" Capegate branch always give me a rain cheque when they were out of stock!
