I was disgusted about the service I recieved from the shop assistants from PepCell at Westgate shopping Centre in JHB, Shop number 4326. I bought a phone in April 2013 and returned it back on 06/07/2013 because the screen went blank and was told that I will get my phone back in three weeks, i went back after 3 weeks 5 days to check and I was told that it was not back yet from the repairs and they were going to call me on Monday 06/08/2013 to give me feedback, I never received the call, I went back on 06/08/2013 to the shop to find out what happened and why was I not called back as promised by Lebogang Thatoe, when I got there, I asked why she never phoned to feedback to me and she told me that "I was offsick on Monday and forgot to leave handover with the person in charge on the day" I then asked why she never phoned me on Tuesday 06/08/2013 as it was 17h55 when I got there, she told me "Maybe I was going to phone you tomorrow" which is wednesday. To me that does not show any good CUSTOMER service and she did not take responsibility of what she did. I asked for her manager, she pointed me to Mpumi Dlaisa next to her who was smiling at the situation. Pepcell is a disaster no service
