I have an account with Mr price and on the 24th of June i went to Brooklyn to pay my account and the cashier swiped my card three times. on their side my card declined but i received 3 sms's that R1500 has been deducted from my account, where only R500 was supposed to be deducted. i've been to the store this whole week and they telling me they cant find the transaction.i gave them proof that on the 24th of June this money was deducted out of my account.after this, Morgan phoned me telling me he is going to investigate, he called me one more time after that telling me he is waiting. I went there today (22/07), Morgan wasn't there and didn't answer his phone. At first they have to bang the phone to get a tone, the lady that called Morgan did not have a name badge on, so I didn't get her name. another lady with the name of Petunia was talking as well, I took one of my colleges with me that only understands English to help me sort this out, Petunia only spoke in her language and when my college tried to ask a Question, Petunia told her to keep quiet, and kept on going. After my college left, Petunia told me not to bring my friend with again! (rude) I want my money NOW!! its been a month!
