ANGRY CUSTOMER

My name is Zandile and I reside in PE, on Friday (05.07.13) I went to Shoprite Greenacres to do my shopping. I waited in the queue for about 30min and when it was my turn to be served the cashier told me that she was not going to help me as she only helps customers with only 10 items and bear in mind I only had like 15 items in my basket and there was no sign on the till showing that. She folded her arms and told me she was not going to help me and I stood in front of her for another good 5min. My husband insisted on seeing the supervisor and the cashier said "there is a supervisor" with her arms still folded so we should call her ourselves.

The supervisor came and I could see she was unhappy with the service the cashier was giving us and instructed her to help us. She was then throwing our items in a bag and when she was done I thanked her but it was like I was talking to a stone and still gave me an attitude. I was very angry but I managed to control my anger and we walked out of the store as disgusted customers and I made a vow that I will never ever shop at Shoprite again. My advise is before you employ people make they know what customer service is.
