Today around 13h00 i went to sterns to both seek advice on the ring that i have that is making my finger peel, i went to the shop because i saw the ring that i liked and wanted to know what could be the cause of my finger peeling with the current ring that i have. the ring that i currently have i did not purchase at Sterns and the fact that i went into the shop was because it had something that captured my eye. the first young lady who was helping me said she didn't know what could be the cause and said she would call the older lady as she had been there for long. when the lady was asked, firstly she didn't even bother to see what my issue was about, didn't even look at me and my husband and then started saying that if we didn't buy my ring ring at the shop that we thought was better i wouldn't be having this problem. i would assume that as a sales person she is not supposed to judge me, if i'm bringing business to the store, she is supposed to assist me. i am of the opinion that as a customer i have the right to inquire and if this is how Sterns treat potential clients then they will surely lose clients and money. the sales lady should not be allowed to continue with such acts.
