I am very disappointed in Kalahari. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't complain, but I have ordered a Canon EOS 600D camera for our trip to Botswana next week. I placed the order on the 7th of June to allow for sufficient time for delivery. On Monday 10 June I ordered a memory stick and wireless remote for the Canon also from Kalahari and I phoned them to ask if they can put it in the same parcel for delivery. They told me they can't since the camera ha already been send to the warehouse for delivery. With this info I bought a second-hand lens for the camera for R1500 from Gumtree. On the 13th of June I get a call from Kalahari telling me that my order has been cancelled by the supplier for whatever reason and that my money will be refunded in 3 - 7 working days! I now sit without a camera for our Botswana trip, a lens that I can't use and no money to buy another camera in time for our trip!!!
