2 Vodacom contracts were activated on my name. 75 Top up was incorrectly activated and not cancelled. The result that I now get billed for 2 contracts. Either they give me the phone, sim card and R3000 voucher that was advertised with the contract or they cancel the incorrect contract with immediate effect and refund me for all monies incorrectly deducted from my account for the past 2 months. Anisha advised on Friday that she will get back to me latest Monday, still no response.
