A Sales person from Marshall security attempted to win over our security system from ADT. Their quotation was high, however we gave them the opportunity to quote on the electric fence to attend to that alone. I have never been so let down by a service in my life. No feedback, promises made that the technician will be there the next day then doesnt pitch. Promises i will get a phone call to discuss things, which never happen. Emails sent through copying in 3 seperate persons from Marshall and not one had the respect to bother to reply to my emails until i eventually sent a follow up email days later to complain about lack of feedback. This has been going on for over a month now!! I have made it very clear to my friends and family and people speaking of security services to never ever even consider Marshall, as one day should there be an emergency of a break in held at gun point, they'll probably take a week to respond if they respond at all. Absolutely disgusted at the service!!!
