UNISA has people waiting in a line for 3 hours plus for enquiries. The Marshall's assisting with queues are extremely rude and have no way of communicating with people. It should not take an institution 3 hours to assist a person with a registration query. When initiative is taken to fill out all required documents, it would be common courtesy to treat the next person in the same manner. The service of both the security guards and the Marshall's is of a pathetic standard where they are not able to listen to the query before assisting or directing one to the right place
