I had Tracker in my Vehicle for more than 4 years and recently bought another vehicle. So I gave notice with the idea to install Tracker again later in the new vehicle.
Have now called various times for this very basic transaction to take place. But still a deduction this month and from the complaints on Hello Peter for more months to come.
I also looked at the responses and it is the basic response to every one that the complaint was received and then they take the time to follow up.
Please READ my complaint and come back with an answer when monies paid will be paid back not the normal @#$
Also fix your Website as you have all interesting bells and whistles that does not work like.

Also still waiting for call back from call centre after I asked Senior Person to call and explain. From my experience you do not have senior personnel or a CEO!

Would also like to know why one need to go at lengths to Cancel an account!!
