I recently updated my matrix vehicle from a Mx1 to a Mx2. To do that I had to keep calling in with 5 different reference numbers because each time I called that give me a different reference number (Saying they were working on it) eventually after 2 weeks I called again and someone managed to help me with finding a company to install it. Once I had it installed I asked that both vehicles were to be put onto 1 account number. I was then given a reference number, for a good solid 3 weeks I was constantly calling finding out when this will be done (which I got told the change would be made in 3 days by 2 different people) by the following Monday I was fed up and annoyed I called in and spoke to a young gentleman who told me bluntly: SORRY MAM, we do not offer both vehicles on 1 account anymore since last year December! I was shocked, what an inconvience it is to have two separate accounts and re adding each time my log in details for the vehicles! AFTER WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR A SERVICE? and not to mention waiting atleast a full hour to be answered to on their ridiculous call centre line! not a happy custome
