In December i started getting messages that CTrack could not see the location of my car. On calling i was told that the tracking device is likely faulty and that a technician would call me shortly to make an appoinment to repair. That was almost 2 weeks ago and not a single person has contacted me. What would they say if my vehicle was? do they even care or are more concerned with my premium? last year a debit bounced and they called me whithin hours for me to pay them their money. But take two weeks to fix my query. Because of their fine print i also recently learnt that i cant just cancell my service with them but must wait another 2 years to do so. i am dissapointed and disgusted by the service, or rather lack thereof from CTrack. is you're wise, stay away from them.
