My company is without a working alarm system for almost 2 weeks now! I reported the fault and you said someone will come out on the 21st of January 2014... which has come and gone and no ADT! I phoned the call centre, but the Technical Manager is never available or never in the office (like today 30.01). All your call centre is telling me is they will send the manager an email, but he never return my calls!
I am suppose to make another booking, and the only available is on the 5th of Feb. ADT didn't come out for the 21st Jan appointment, so why must I wait another week for my alarm get fixed? Surely this must be treated as a priority, if you care about customers.
Just one question, if they break into the building, the insurance is not gonna cover the claim because the alarm is not working. Will ADT cover the claim, cause it's your fault the alarm is still not working?
