I had a problem with my alarm system and called them to send a technician, for the cost of R460 as a call out fee.. I spent my entire day waiting. They said that they would call me when the technician is on his way. After 4pm I phoned and was put through to this man. He told me that they did in fact call, which is impossible, because I was at home. No one showed up. A day lost, because of this.
