I installed a tracker into both my car and my wife's car through Talksure. I was then informed of a an extra service 24/7ASAP which I would get 1 month free. In my free month I called 24/7ASAP to cancel the subscription as I didn't want it. After battling for 10min with the call center lady to cancel my account she finally did so or so she said because this morning I discovered that the debit order for both accounts still came off my account.
As far as I am aware i NEVER signed any debit order form or gave consent for 24/7 ASAP to debit my account and still they debited my account AFTER I CANCELLED it!
