Multichoice have once again debited nearly triple the amount they should have done this month. Will they refund the extra amount they debited- no. Only pass a credit for next month. Any interest to be paid? NO. Any Compensation for keeping the money or their mess up? NO. If we did not pay them for 3 months how long will they let their service continue? I intend to cancel my direct debit as Multichoice are not responsible enough to be given access to my bank account. Watch out consumers, do not sign up to Multichoice's direct debit plans, they do as they wish once they have access to your bank accounts.
