On Saturday 9-11-13 the wife and myself decided to go and watch Thor in 3D, we had a choice of Clearwater mall (NUMETRO) or Westgate. The prices of the movie was the same @ R136 for 2 tickets. We decided on Ster kinekor as it was closer. This proved to be a mistake, we have not been to ster kinekor movie houses (of which we are members) in a while for reasons like this and have substituted them for Nu Metro as they offer more value for money even if it is only in comfort. After about 15min into the movie i walked out to ask one of the staff members to check it out. She went up the stairs next to cinema 10 and i went back to my seat thinking all sorted. Nothing doing, i sat through a real uncomfortable movie with my 3D glasses steaming up. This is real bad and there is no sense of saticfying the customer. PLEASE TURN STER KINEKOR AROUND!!!
