Assaulted @ the movies

A Month ago I called Cinemark to lodge a complaint againt Carnival City Ster Kinekor.
I spoke to Thabo, two weeks ago I called Cinemark AGAIN and spoke to Thabo AGAIN!!
I asked that the regional manager phone me or my fiance back in connection to our verbal and physical
assult @ Carnival City a month ago already!

Why are they not replying??
