We have lodged our complaints by the hundreds to moonbase admin via Facebook, Twitter and Emails. Yet they are ignoring us, the customers, and are continuing to close down all servers but 1 or 2 at the end of January. The servers that are being closed down are the ones that were promised, by moonbase admin, to be permanent servers. There was an mass message sent out to all players 3years ago (which is as good as a contract) that they will keep the servers open, no matter what, due to the fact that they understand there are players who put their time and money into building up their game. Our time, money and efforts will all be down the drain if they proceed to do this. They do not care about the fact that the players are asking them to not do this, rather than trying to find an other option, they are continuously abusing their position of power and doing what they want with disregard as to what the consumers want. There are players quitting due to the utter lack of respect we are getting from moonbase admin in regards to us, the palyers, without whom there would not ba a game.
