I terminated my lease agreement with Afcho at the beginning of the month (December) on the 10th of december i received a statement for a rent of January, I went to Afcho offices (small street) the consultant told me it was a printing error I do not have to wary about that because my account was close. on the 29th of December the debit order of that rent ran on my account... i called Afcho they said said the will reverse that.
I decided to cut my holidays short and come back.
on the 31st of January i went to afcho offices with a my bank statement. the consuctant made a copy of my bank statement she said it will be corrected within 7 working day. today is the 11th nothing have happened.. they did not reverse the transaction and I am still waiting for my deposit too
