I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated by Century 21, last year we had two places to rent out, a cottage and a house, I advertised my places and Century 21 approached me to sell my places, when I agreed, I got the very best service, Rachel was the agent who assisted, she was very helpful, little did I know that I was being helped because of the big commission that she was going to be getting from me since she failed to tell me that a if I take a 6 month lease then the commission would be less, than it would be if I signed for a year lease, this is really disappointing, anyway she found me people very quickly also to rent my home and my cottage, my cottage though, I rented out to friends of Rachel's, whom I didn't know firstly is blacklisted, I don't know how Rachel put them into my cottage with them being blacklisted, and I have had endless problems with these tenants, I have ended the lease before with the tenant of the cottage but Rachel asked me to give them another chance, as the tenant promised to abide by the rules, now the tenant has not paid, I am in a situation, Rachel is not assisting me, I cannot use the deposit as Rachel has taken it, which is another long story
