Hi i moved into a flat and agree upon 4730 for a 2 bedroom flat and 2 parking but was not told about water and sewerage that im liable for, apparently its in my least but i got a email that as proof of a conversation i had with a consultant of Trafalgar that says i only have to pay 4730 and nothing else, do i have a CASE HERE OR NOT?? also i was not informed about the area around the flat im renting, the block of flats next door called parksig is rowdy and i hardly sleep at night because of this people, i feel i should-of been told about the area and im unhappy about the service i recieved from the people involved
