Seeff Paarl pathetic service

My wife and I are first time home buyers and contacted Seeff Paarl for a property we were interested in, that is when our worst nightmare started. On the day we moved out of our rental apartment we arrived at our new house with the owner still living there, the agent sms'ed us asking us to arrange for alternative accommodation. 2 weeks and R6000 later we moved in just to find out we do not have the electrical and bug inspection certificate. The agent never came back to us, no response to calls and emails. We are still recovering from the shock of buying a house, never knew it could be so stressful. For the 2 weeks my wife and daughter had to stay with relatives and I had to move between couches of friends. Our animals had to be accommodated at a shelter on short notice at a high cost. We had to give away our fridge and freezer content due to not having storage space for it, never knew buying a house can cause so much stress and leave you homeless for 2 weeks. Seeff Paarl is the worst estate agents I came across. Excellent to take your money and quick with promises but no real action. Seeff will never get a good review from me, pathetic service and no backbone.
