I rented a place that was managed by Property Solutions in Middelburg. When we moved out we removed everything from the house they came to inspect it. We walked around with them and we agreed on the minor things that needed fixing.
After two weeks I was surprised by their email which was informing me that they have replaced a burnt carpet in one of the bedrooms. I told them that I am not accepting this because it should have been discussed when we did the inspections or at least before it was replaced I should have been called in to view the burned area myself and be satisfied with the findings that came after new tenant had moved in. There was no burnt carpet that I know off, if it was burnt, was it burnt by me or the new tenant?
They just told me that they have evidence and I must produce my evidence. But where will I get evidence now as they have already replaced the carpet without informing me or giving me the chance to see it!
When I shared this story with my friends, a friend of mine told me that they did the same to her as well! So
I would like to warn people against this property company called Property Solution, they are crocks and they take advantage of black women!
