Refund outstanding since November 2012

I had a deduction on my salary from SARS in November 2012 for admin penalties. when phoning the call centre i was told that the deduction should not have been done, and that they will refund me in 30 working days. (they did not refund) Long story short another deduction was done at the end of January 2013 and now its almost R2000 that is owing to me and nobody can assist me!! On 06 Feb i was told that a new system was put into place and the refund will be done in 5 working days. Today its 7 working days and still no refund. I've spoken to supervisors, the Monitoring dept. and just receive empty promises. I already have almost 10 case numbers and R2000 is allot of money to me, if the roles were reversed and i owed SARS this money, they would deduct it from me without a second thought. I have been told to be patient, but if i should be late in submitting my income tax, would SARS be patient with me? I really feel hopeless. and am very afraid with the new tax season nearing. Will this be my battle with SARS for the rest of my employed life?!!!
