NON DELIVERY OF SERVICE

In October I received an Agent Appointment from SARS that I owe them some monies. SARS then went ahead and sent a request to our salaries dept. to deduct R 1000 from my salary and I then went to SARS to submit my tax returns and also request remission for penalties which was done by the consultant at the branch in Joburg. Later in November another agent appointment was sent and a further R 2000 was deducted from my salary. I went again to SARS sort it out and I was told my banking details were incorrect and I re-submitted the details (which was already done on previous visit to SARS). I was requested to submit ID copy bank statement-proof of payment that money was taken from my payslip of which I submitted two payslips for October and November. The said their turn around time in 21 workings days. I have been waiting for SARS since 14/11/2013 and everytime I call in I get told a different story-either my banking details are wrong or my documents to not appear on the system. Their turn around has already elapsed but everytime I call them they want to enforce that turn around time. Meaning I will be calling SARS the whole year and no refund and the call is paid for by me. I am tired.
