My mom once registered with Trudon to get her business advertised on yellow pages which never helped her business in anyway. The "contract" expired sometime last year and they called for a renewal. My cousin answered the phone and authorized Trudon to go ahead thinking this would make good business sense, however this has lead my mom's telkom bill to arrears and Trudon does not want to cancel the stupid contract because they claim its a 12month contract but they cannot prove it. I have been on the phone and sent emails to them since last year June but to date nothing has happened. They claim that they will get back to me but they haven't done so. My mom is a pensioner and does not afford to pay R160 a month for something that is not working for her. She wants a credit for this and the contract to be cancelled with immediate effect.
