I am awaiting a parcel. I cant track the tracking number on the South African Post Offices website, no one is answering the customer service line, and no one is answering the phone at the Mokopane Post office.
I work all day and cant get out to just stand in a queue to "check" if my parcel is there! I intend to send a driver but am unable to find out the procedure to do so... I am very frustrated!!!
