I have ordered a Business package from Sage Pastel and UTI is responsible for the next day delivery. Well it is 3 days now and still have not received my package. The driver claimed that my husband was not at home when the delivery was supposed to take place, while my husband was at home, because he works from home. I gave me and my husbands contact numbers to be contacted if the driver gets to our house, for we have closed gates with 2 large dogs. But neither me nor my husband received a phone call that there is a problem with the delivery.
So if I understand how UTI is working, when there is a problam with the delivery neither the driver nor someone at UTI will follow up why we are not available to receive the delivery.
And if I have not followed up yesterday or the whole of today, nobody from UTI would have contacted me to tell me what the situation is.
Their excuse is "Hi Heleen, Im also still waiting for feedback from my managers. Thing is the driver attempted to deliver yesterday, but your husband was not home.
I haven't received a reply as to if you will get it today."
I think they handle the situation very unprofessionally.
