Incompetent service delivery

I needed a pair of Accelerator cables for a CBX 250 TWISTER and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Albert who informed me that they only had one of the cables, i had managed to locate the other cable at another dealership and had relied on delivery from East rand Honda on Friday the 31/01/2014. however when the part was delivered to me, and taken to my mechanic for fitment on the 01/02/2014 it was discovered that the part supplied by East rand mall Honda was in fact for a HONDA CRF 230 OFF-ROAD bike and not the one i had requested. this has now put an additional cost onto my repairs, as i had to now try and locate the correct part from my other supplier but as it so happened they had fitted the only other correct cable to another motorcycle prior to my enquiry about that cable, i feel due to the incompetence from East rand Honda i am inconvenienced by not only missing out on getting the correct part that was initially available but also being unable to use my only means of transport. this was really unsatisfactory service that was received.
