The complaint is on behalf of my parents who (unfortunately) have a membership with Vacation Hub International which they've been trying to cancel for the past month without any luck. At the marketing event they were promised the moon and stars but the after sales service is terrible. They had to wait more than a month to get their login details to access the member website and that is when they've realised that this is not as great as it was made out to be and decided to cancel/stop the membership! Now Elsabe & Hannelie are saying that they only had 5 days after the marketing event to cancel. Multiple phone calls & e-mails later and still no luck. My mother has written a cancellation letter which was sent with registered mail but still no feedback from them. They are unhelpful and they have a bad attitude towards you when you are unhappy with their services and are trying to cancel your membership. All I want is for them to cancel the membership and refund the deposit to my parent. FRIENDLY WARNING TO ALL - DON'T BUY MEMBERSHIP FROM VACATION HUB!
