I purchased an 800g Ultra creamy peanut butter months ago... which we always buy as it is our favourite only to find that it tasted horrible.
I called the number on the jar and spoke to a lady who made a note of my report that the product had no salt content. She kindly took my address here in Cape Town and said to expect a voucher to replace the loss.
I was content with this as the 800g jar is quite expensive.
A month passed without receiving the voucher and I had resigned myself to never receiving it until I bought yet another jar - the SAME THING!! No salt!
I called again, spoke to the same lady, gave the relevant again and she explained they had had problems with their postal service.
Its been 4 months now... nothing... Needless to say (but I will)... I am not happy!
