I bought a jar of Yum Yum Crunchy Peanut Butter at Pick n Pay Kenilworth the 1st of June 2013, the peanuts in there were tiny almost microscopic, never experienced this before!! I then sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 6th of June and Ramona Katzke called me the very next day to apologise and asked if she can collect the Jar, I said no problem and it was collected the very next day via a courier. She said my replacement voucher would be sent in less than 2 weeks. Its is now almost 3 weeks and nothing!! This is such a huge company the collection was done lighting fast and now I am still sitting without my replacement.
This is her response after I sent her an email today, way past 2 weeks:
"I have contacted the lady that does our post. She notified me there was a bit of a delay but assured me that your letter was posted. I have set a reminder for next week to contact you to follow up on your vouchers.
Please accept our apologies for the delay." So the followup would only take place 4 weeks later but the collection of the bad quality product was done in 24hrs??? I am highly dissapointed in the service of FOODCORP and will never purchase a product of yours again!
