I was asked to provide an affidavit confirming my situation, along with a collection of other requirements. Following the instruction, I acted immediately and provided MBD with such.
I have continued from over a year and a half ago to re-send the same information, time and time again, YET I continue to be bugged and pestered by the administrative employees within the organisation.
What is extremely frustrating, is that ANY other email pertaining to ANY other thing that I send to ANY other recipient, has no problem confirming receipt of such. How is that the phone calls and sms messages that continue to harass me just simply choose not to acknowledge receipt of what I have sent.
I think that my situation is sound, has been proven and needs to be resolved. This behavior leads me to believe that MBD are trying to ignore the facts because they simply don't suit them or their client, the SABC.
This is a very poor business ethic - if you are wrong, accept the failure and move on. If you have a case, then have the decency to consult with me, picking up on where we left off; that being the same affidavit and supporting documentation, emailed to you times MANY!
