Apparently Cell C has handed over my account to MBD.
My Cell C account was cancelled in 2010 already.
I want a statement, so I can see if they billed me after I cancelled my account.
I've requested my statement 3 times and every time I request a statement I have to wait 48 hours.
That's understandable for the first time, but every time. That's ridiculous.
Oh and the reason for complaining again, is because I still haven't received my statement after the third request. How many times will I need to request a statement until I actually receive one.
