Lancet had sent me a statement for my husband's treatment in hospital of which the medical aid had made all the necessary payments. Several confirmation of payment was sent to Lancet showing proof of payment and yet I have still been handed over.
I have spent hours on the phone with Lancet and the medical aid and thought that this was resolved, only to find a letter in the post from ITC stating that I was being listed. This is totally unacceptable and what gives them the right to just hand me over. If the accounts people cannot do their job properly then the entire freaking team needs to be fired.
Now I have to spend a fortune to get my name delisted. The most frustrated part is that I have an excellent credit record and now I have been wrongfully listed.
This is a load of and lancet needs to sort this out!
