I recently went to Cape Town on business and arrived at the hotel I had booked with prior to my trip. When arriving at said hotel I was informed that they had double booked the room and could not accommodate me (see complaints). I was then referred to Hotel 303 in Sea Point which I found to be very conveniently to the city center and the C.C.I.T.C. which is where I needed to be.
The Hotel is exceptionally clean with a beautifully chic modern finish. The hotel staff were accommodating, friendly and efficient. There was one gentleman who's name I cannot remember, the older of the 3, that really went out of his way to assist me when I needed anything, even so far as changing my flight dates and times back to JHB when I had to stay 2 extra days.
I would most certainly recommend Hotel 303 if you are looking for accommodation in or around the Sea Point area, Compared to the establishments within the same price range, Hotel 303 is miles ahead of its competition.
