After i have complaint on this site, a lady by the name of Khash Guy from St Augustine hospital phoned me 17/01/2013 at12:32 and told me that they will credit my account will all the moneys that have been paid in that hospital due to the service that i've received.i've emailed all my statements from her.she never came back to me.that was the last time i had from her.i've sent her emails on many occasions she has never responded.so i don't know why she called me in the first place to promise sumthing that she knew she won't do.instead i'm receiving statements from my medical aid that they have paid the service that i didn't receive.
