I booked a long awaited vacation for my self and my parents at the la mer penthouse in margate.after settling in our problems started, the agent from south coast getaways a lady called Natasha did not answer her phone after we discovered that both the dishwasher and tumble dryer were both faulty.after around a dozen calls we managed to get hold of Natasha you in turn promised the said items would be repaired. A very friendly technician arrived on our third day of our vacation and managed to get the tumble dryerworking, but stated that he could not repair the dishwasher as he had done work for Natasha previously and still has not been paid. I feel that many of us work hard and look forward to a vacation, not to have the hassles and disrespect that we have experienced from Natasha and south coast getaways.
