DEBIT ON WRONG DATE

In April 2013 I have an agreement with Hotel Express that I am interested in their product by they should deduct the amount of R1600, 00 to my husband account by end of May 2013. They never deduct that amount, they never call me and explain what is the problem until to our suprise on 1st week of December while we were on vacation.
On my return on the 11th of December I tried to call for several times but I never go through due to high call volume they were experiencing. On the 12 Dec I send an email to their support desk on the 13/14 Dec a man called the from Hotel Express I explained my problem to him that I want my money back because they never deduct when they were suppose to. He said to me then Midrand branch will call back that has never happen. On my surprise Hotel Express send me the card.
