My parents had to rush my 12 year old daughter to the Life Wilgeheuwel on Saturday 09/11/2013, and she was seen by Dr Peleowo, who administered her an adult dosage of medicine, which resulted in her hallucinating, and being totally incoherent. It was so bad she even tried to bite the plaster off her arm as she thought it was a marshmellow. I am totally disgusted with the treatment my daughter received there, and we had to pay R734.41 for this! Once we left the hospital, we took her straight to the Life in Fourways, and the Dr there called Wilgeheuwel, and the Dr refused to speak to her. They did however, give her the medicine administered., and she was horrified at the dosage. We left the Life Fourways feeling much better with the sitaution. I will never ever go back to Life Wilgeheuwel, nor will anyone that I know ever go there. And to think that even though I am on a medical aid, I STILL had to pay R734.41 for my daughter to be drugged!!
