Discovery Health you just don't care about the wellbeing of your customers.
Why would you want a person that is sick to suffer more and make it more difficult for them to get a cure or to prevent something serious from happening to them. All I need is to do a Colonoscopy procedure and you know for a fact that its only few doctors that are doing the procedure at their office's. I paid medical aid every month for ten years, you know that your premiums don't come cheap. I pay medical aid so that I don't get inconvenienced when I'm sick, looks like I will die not knowing what is wrong with me, yet I have been paying my medical aid for all these years for nothing.
I have been phoning around, the Doctors are telling me they are not allowed to perform the Colonoscopy at their office's, they can only do it at Surgery. I cannot afford to pay the Co Payment of
R2800.00 so that you can save from your side, and yet you expect me to pay my monthly premium of more than R2000.00 every month. This is wrong what you doing, your terms and conditions are only benefiting your pockets and not your customers. Definitely end of this year I will be cancelling my membership with you, it's no use for me.
