I purchased the destiny fulfilled "vip full day spa treatment" groupon voucher for my friend in January and thereafter I tried calling them to make a booking. For weeks of calling them I only reached voicemail or they just left the phone ringing with no one taking my calls. I kept trying until they answered and was told the only available time for a booking was in June and I got the next available date which was the 1st June 2013. When I called them on the 28th of May to confirm my booking for the upcoming weekend and get the directions I spoke to their new secretary and she told me that when she checked her diary they had no booking for us for the 1st and it was fully booked I had to rebook. The manner in which they handle their customers is just unsatisfactory and I demanded to speak to their manager to lay a complain she didn't even apologise she just agreed and shouted over my voice to her secretary to make a booking for me for the 1st June when their spa opens. Till this day they don't answer their phone and they still haven't been found having moved from the venue they were at. They are just a and we have requested a refund from Groupon.
